The story of what mans eat (food)

Food which is what we eat is the substance which after being digested nourishes the body.

No were does man affect the environment more profoundly than in the production and assimilation of his food. All our foods, ultimately come from plants. Obviously much of our food such as cereals vegetable, fruits are directly supplied by plants, all these come from land, large fish may feed on smaller ones which in turn may feed in crustacean in the sea but crustacean feeds on small floating plants called plankon. These series of food linked together is called food chain. The source of food we eat therefore come boyh from land and sea.
