This research work is focused on the effect of training on job performance in an organisation: A case study of Central Hospital Benin with a view of finding out how training can improve or
increase productivity.
Some of the factor of training personnel on productivity in an organisation are increase productivity, effective leadership, promotion and motivation moral among other.
As a way of recommendation, the researcher puts forward some factors that are needed to effect or promote personnel training and development courses should be given as much as possible and as well as promoting or transferring those that have gone for training programmes.
